Sometimes a new member is banned because they are a spammer. And their posts & threads are deleted, also. The original post you answered was probably not that important, but your answer was, so be proud of that

I didn't see your original query, so why don't you post it again? It is quite possible that whoever deleted it (and it wasn't me) meant to delete the other post but deleted the thread instead by mistake. And, before you ask, I've done that myself in the past.
