Negative -rep has been disabled !

+ rep is max of 45 per member even if your rep power is greater

Rep power is how much you could rep if there wasn't a rep cap. Mine is currently 576 but because of the cap, if I rep you now you get 45 points.

Personally I think a low rep cap is only positive; there's absolutely no sense that a few senior members repping a nice post of a new member would give him a medal straight away.

If you disapprove of a post you can report it Dean. its the same way as reporting a thread solved only you type what your issue is with the post .(hope it wasnt one of mine hahaha)

Only staff members can award negative reputation. If you feel that a post warrants docking of reputation points for the poster, please report it and state your reason(s). We will then take a look at it and take whatever action we deem necessary.
