Since some have already been answered, I'll give my answers for the others

  6. A movie actor/director died on this day (25th December). He was famous for having a cane and a bowler hat. Who was he, and in which year did he die ?
  7. Again on this day (25th December), what object was stolen from Westminster Abbey and in which year ?
  8. In which year was the popular Charles Dickens novel A Christmas Carol written and first published ?
  9. An easy one this: Who is the main character in the above novel ?
  10. Can you pair up the following carols with their correct tunes (title of carol; tune):
    • O come, all ye faithful; Mendelssohn
    • In the bleak mid-winter; Irby
    • Angels, from the realms of glory; Adeste Fideles
    • Hark! the herald angels sing; Cranham
    • Once in royal David's city; Iris

1 on the first day, (1+2) on the second day, (1+2+3) on the third day, and so on until (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12) on the twelfth day.
