Just tried the other way to upload an attachment via a URL and that works. This all started when i wanted to start a new General Discussion thread about back up imaging so i can at least get that underway now>

Tried a different skin no go I'm afraid. I have rebooted and logged in a number of times even using a different computer and still no luck.

Booted up this morning and guess what. I can use attachments again. Weird, No updates, no installs. nothing. Just no idea why? Perhaps it will remain one of life's unanswered questions.
Thanks to all those who offered help.

I have seen reports this morning of people from your ISP (and others) having difficulty with connection yesterday to the data center we are based at, this was resolved in the early hours of this morning with all the routers at the Data center having an upgrade in the early hours of the morning.

That could well be the cause but it's a little odd that nobody else from our site reported an issue
