The only question I missed, if you can call it that, was the one where the person asks..."is it to do with plants" well, although the answer is obvious.....My answer is Yes, it has to do with plants.
All other answers approx 85 have been dealt with honestly..........not one answer has indicated what this "Wotzzihh" does.
I can tell you what it is. What it does, and where it can be found today.
So it's definitely not a wild goose chase.

Is it an ozone machine or for placing compost in and then vents the gases for the plants to grow?

it is a plant watering system with pressure gauges and turn off knobs on each bendable hose

Ok the latest is I have gotten him to say that it is a Dispenser, now every one has to figure out what it dispenses, remember everything up to now has been wrong, so we need fresh ideas.
Please keep your answers coming in, I won't be able to reply to them all, but will let you know as soon as possible.

It mixes fertilizer with water and feeds the plants via one of it's six hoses. Or it's a plant washer and the six arms wave around under pressure to rinse off the plant leaves.
