Making a signature

Hello, I'm looking for either someone who knows how to make a good signature, or any tips on how to make a good signature for myself.
If I have to make my own, I would like to know:
How many pixels x pixels is allowed for signatures;
What photo-editing software is best to use (I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0);
And any useful tips for said software.

Thank you!

How to create a signature... I think that PooManUK or someone from GFX Team,have posted something like a tutorial,but I can't find it... can use Photoshop and Corel Draw. :)
For a signature size you can go to Edit Signature and you'll see the allowed size for you.

Would anybody be interested in making a signature for me?
I like the candy called "Rolos", so if you could incorporate that into the signature it would be splendid.
