+1 here. And I've owned several iPods. I'll still take my Zune.

iphone does it all great for music, great for calls and for internet while mobile, I use my mrs for games too as I love the multitouch screen - But I could not live with one myself - I have the HTC Touch HD - does pretty much everything the iphone can and a whole lot more the 800x480 display is something else.

iPhone all the way -phone, voice recorder, games, synch to calander, contacts, phone, images....best feature, I add a phone number on the phone, a few seconds later its in the cloud and on my home computer, the free stuff is crazy. MLB has a package that for $10 a year, you can see every run scored of any game going on, behind just a few minutes.

Would like to look at the new palm. Most music is drm free now, but I use it 100 to 1 for Podcasts over music. Hoping android does really well.

For net though, haven't seen anything that comes close. The other two (Sprint/Verizon) were pretty clunky.

I use an iPod Touch (16GB 2nd gen) as a PDA, ebook reader and for audiobooks. I also have it set up to sync the "highest rated" playlist for my music (my iPod Classic 80gb syncs the whole library.) The contacts, notes and calendar syncing with Outlook seems to work very well. In addition, the internet browsing is the best I've used on a portable device. It's an ideal solution for me.

How did you get your touch to sync w/ Outlook? I have outlook 2007, and an ipod touch 16 gig second gen, and the latest itunes, and have tried all I can find out, and can ot get the ipod to sync my calander, and contacts.....any help out there would be loved.....

The design of the iTouch is great and although I personally haven't used one the interface looks excellent also. Thing is though - Apple devices are always lacking certain features. Stuff like a radio, a decent camera etc. That's why I have never owned an Apple product.

I am looking forward to this - Idou

I have an 8GB iPod Touch. I use it for music @ the gym and internet/youtube here and there @ work.

I haven't really messed around with it. I want to get videos on it so when I am walking/at work I can watch them lol
