Get the address to the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJ9rUzIMcZQ&ob=av2nl , and copy the part after v= only fJ9rUzIMcZQ
Click on the youtube logo in the menu above as you are posting that will give you this

Now paste the part after v= from above fJ9rUzIMcZQ in between the youtube tags and you'll see this

Now your post will show the video :)

SOmetimes you have to delete the Youtube tags and put them on there again before it will work.... it's annoying, but I can't see any way around it.fJ9rUzIMcZQ&ob=av2nl
