Can anyone tell me what forum software this is? Love it. Have my own forums and would like to use the same software. Is there anyone that provides this software and hosting free?

I love how the interface works on this, and how 'smooth' everything is on this site. Im just wonderin, its not Vbulletin right? id like to ask because id love to have our current forum software 'changed' into this one.. one thing i do miss, is the 'classic' smileys Very nice!
