The title to this thread is somewhat misleading, because the number online is the count of persons and members online at any given moment, not the number of threads posted. It appears that this forum doesn't provide the number online in it's stats.

EDIT: I must correct myself, it does provide the current users active in a box above the other.

The thread was in the beginning about how many users were online, if you check from the first part of the thread. So the title was actually correct. That fact has since been slightly altered with posts of how many joined members there are, and how many threads/posts.

All rather relevant / appropriate I might add.

Bare Foot Kid edited his post since I posted this, so I have to explain:

He was asking us to praise Opera, as a joke. He removed that part from his post, so it's also removed from the quote underneath.

Equally as a joke, I decided to praise an opera. Sorry if you find it's a bad joke. (Could not be more OT!).

    OK. Let's praise.

My favorite is Aida, by Giuseppe Verdi. I've seen it in several opera houses, the most memorable being that on Arena di Verona (see the pic) in Italy. It is the most beautiful story, told with awesome music from one of the greatest composers ever.

All those saying they don't like opera should see and hear Aida. It would most probably change their mind.

    Enough praised?
