No, people of all ages (above 12) are welcome. I tend to suspect the age curve is due to how busy people of a certain age are. The young and old have more time on their hands.

well I picked the 26-30 bracket even though I'm 25, birthday is only a few short months away (7 to be exact) and I'll be in this bracket much longer that I'll be in the 20-25 bracket :P
