Helen won't even eat real cheese. If it's not cat food in a can she doesn't want it.

Willow likes the odd bit of cheese but her main wet food are trays of Sheba Salmon or Chicken, Sooty has Whiskas Fish selection pouches with a tray of Sheba Rabbit as well. They always have biscuits down all day as well but they mainly get taken by the stray who visits us. In fact she came yesterday and settled herself down for a few hours. I don't blame her as the weather was foul outside.

She is Steph, very friendly and talkative. We don't know where she comes from or who she belongs to as no one around knows her.

Joan some cats like being strays. They have learned who they can much off of and take full advantage any time they can. Give her a good brushing every time she drops by and she might stay. Never new a cat that after their first brushing them didn't demand more bushings. Cats can't turn upside down and wiggle to scratch their backs like a dog.

Well I really don't know if they can't, I just never seen a cat scratch their backs in that fashion.

Max always sleep on his back, I don't think its the normal position for a cat to sleep

She must have belonged to someone at some time because she's been seen to. Not sure if I'd want to subject Sooty to another cat always here, it's enough for him the times she is here and Willow is lively enough for him. He's nearly 12 now so getting on a bit.

Stephanie what is normal for a cat. Well you know cats are cats.

With all the cats I have had in my life I never had a cat sleep that much on their back.
Most 4 legged animals won't sleep on their backs unless they feel very safe where they are. They won't show their weak under belly to danger. Max likes you and trust you. That is the read I get from the way he sleeps.

How do I prevent my cats from waking system?
Windows 7 sleep mode works great for me with one exception. I have 3 cats that walk on the keyboard or bump the mouse each night. I usually find my computer on every morning. Is there a way (or some software I can install) so that I can specify a trigger that my cats aren't likely to set off? ...
