Hope Smudge leaves them alone, what breed of duck is it, unusual to be only 2, I thought ducks usually had about 6.

our local duckpond has been taken over by seagulls, its now known as the gull pond. the swines
im not over keen on gulls but i have to admire their cheek, as i live on the coast they are an everyday sight, some will come begging when they see you eating, i recall one day a one legged gull was hopping past and i took pity on it in the end and threw it a bite, it dropped its other leg down and ran up to the food grabbed it and went flying off laughing.
another time one massive gull came up to us as we sat on the grass eating lunch, i ended up putting my pasty behind my back as the gull was getting full on....
only to realise too late that his partner in crime was already behind my back and was pecking away at my lunch. teh swine!
They're definitely cheeky b****s Julian, don't get bothered with them too much here because of being a couple of miles inland from the sea, but there are some around.
Angelo thanks for letting me know about the ducks, they're looking great especially seeing them on the water.
