    OK It is a plumbing tool and is related to basins that hold water (It could hold other liquids but that's not really the basins purpose).

    No, I have to get ready for school, you or someone else can go ahead.

    That one in your picture is a high quality looking wrench, I've never seen one so well made. Most of the plumbers I know just cut notches in a piece of pipe and use those for wrenches..... low tech.
