So, I'm a bored 16 year old with nothing to do.........Anyone have any suggestions?
I like games but have nothing left to play.
I like movies but dunno what to watch.
I wanna learn how to do better designing on Cinema 4D but no one to teach me.

Try reading something/anything: the Bible, car mags, computer mags, newspaper, news feeds, etc... Exercise your brain (and your body). :)
Pick up some great books such as The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy , Dune, anything by Asimov, Ray Bradbury, Steven King. I read them all when was a kid, and sometimes found it hard to put them down. A Guy

Wish I had time to get board ! ... Dune by Frank Herbert is great and he has wrote more very good books.
I dunno, Sheesy. Go out and play! Ride a bike. Play some soccer. Shoot some baskets. Help the neighbor in their yard, take out the trash or help fix that busted stoop.
Learn how to fix a car. Change your dad's oil in his car. Wash the family van. Wash the dishes. Clean your room. Download a recipe so you can make dinner for your family tomorrow. Learn to cook.
I have lots more in case you're still bored.
