Windows 7: do you still have a cassettes player in your car?

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I have 3 cars, and 2 of them still have cassette decks. (My 2002 Volkswagen Passat and my 2006 Dodge Magnum). They however do not get used.

When I bought the car I currently have it had one until I quickly put a CD player in that I can connect my MP3 player too.

no cassettes in my car, as i've never owned a car!

i do have wireless in my house though, but no gramophone. :) (although still got a couple of boxes of vinyl stashed away...)

Cannot Seem To Make Windows Media Player The Default Player For WAV
I have iRiver software on my computer for my mp3 player - I want it to recognise and play mp3's , and I want Windows Media Player to recognise and play WAV files. I have set default programs as such , but the iRiver software still highjacks any audio file - is there some other way to stop this...
