Anyone do any modding on xbox 360?

I have been thinking about jtagging my xbox and flashing the drive but can't make up my mind. Any modders here that have any input?

Is there any way I can view a log of my cpu meter? Just wanting to see if I can use it to monitor my CPU usage while running a particular app. Thanks :)
