Windows 7: Display scaling issue (not just in Windows)

Yep. I've checked out every setting in there, but it's possible I missed something if you have a specific suggestion.

Once you have the GMA control open you should have 'Display Settings' on the left, if you click that you should see 'Television'

The TV setting will only appear if you have the S-Video cable connected

Also, you may need to tell Windows to 'Detect' your TV from the 'Screen Resolution' desktop (right-click) option.

As I said, this is an all-in-one unit, so no cable. Since the TV is built-in, Windows just recognizes it as a notebook display.

Gadget Scaling issue
I have a Acer H257HU 1440P Monitor and at 2560X1400 the gadgets don't look right, they look weird. The cpu ram gadget specifically. Whenever I set text at 125% the gadgets look weird and no it's not a IE 11 issue, it's a scaling issue with windows 7. So I don't know how to fix this weird issue.

How do I disable display scaling in "Microsoft Office 2010"? Checking disable in properties doesn't work like it does for non Microsoft programs. Does anyone know an advanced way to trick it into disabling DPI scaling?
