Win 7 Pro x64 SP1 OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.7

You can dual-boot with XP and Ubuntu - or you can simply wipe the Windows XP Partition and put Ubuntu instead.
There are some great Youtube Videos and Articles in the Internet that explains clearly how to dual-boot.

I would go with Dual-Booting XP and Ubuntu if I was you. However, there is a catch. Ubuntu cannot be installed on NTFS - but FAT32 can. However, FAT32 cannot go over than 32GB and cannot store more than a 4GB file.
