I have to say after a few hours of PowerPoint 2010 Tech Review, I feel the same way - the new UI is great, and after avoiding the bloat of Office 2007, Office 2010 is to Office as Win 7 is to Windows, IMHO.

OK, they did forget to put the Close button in the Outlook 2010 Search bar so I can't get rid of it now , but I can switch to Office 2003 and close it there .
