    Why I love Microsoft

My Microsoft Arc Mouse Transceiver thing broke today, it was depressing.

Called Microsoft up, expecting to have to wait for a box, ship them to broken part, and wait for a replacement.

Nope! Good ol' MS is sending me a brand new Mouse + Transceiver and don't want the broken one.

(aside from the 2 week wait due to back order in the Black color)

I now have nothing but respect for Microsoft, they made good with their promise (warranty). It was hassle free too.

wow, that's good to hear, so many companies don't give a damn once you're out the door with their products. +1 for MS

If Microsoft's customer service is anything like their new OS then it must be faultless

Exactly! Microsoft is going in the right direction lately, as far as quality and service goes.

    Bing is good
    W7 is great
    MSE is very good
Microsoft Arc Mouse is flawed in design but 3 year warranty makes up for it =P

Ahh still getting use to the touchpad (again)

MS, kissin ass and takin' names . my MS mouse has been kickin' for forever, damn good investment (~$15). i had one of those wireless desktop sets, and that was good. i only had to replace the batteries 2x in a year + 1/2 that i owned it. (it fell victim to a counter-strike match, parts everywhere )

I should really start using Bing. Maybe make next week bing week where I use nothing but it.

LMAO I've seen many things fall victim to counter-strike matches.

DarkNovaGundam its good to see that they are sending you a new one.
I say give them a +1 for customer service not a lot of places care about that any more.

Not to deflate the love bubble here, but this sort of thing is pretty standard for cheap peripherals. It cost them more to ship broken crap around that almost definitely can't be repaired and to put technicians on it.

It's actually not uncommon for printer companies to just give up after 20-30 minutes of troubleshooting on cheapo printers and just send a new one, because the cost of their employees is much more than what it cost to make a plastic cheapo printer.
