All I wanna do is stream Internet radio...

...from my Windows 7 PC to my Xbox 360.

On my Mac, I use an app by Nullriver called Connect360. It works flawlessly. Not only can I stream my entire iTunes library, I can also stream my favorite SHOUTcast radio stations. I have them saved as playlist in iTunes and they show up and play on the 360 just like I have them set up on iTunes.

On the PC side of things, the Xbox sees all my iTunes play lists as well - except for the SHOUTcast radio station playlists. I have everything set up on the PC exactly like I do on the Mac. The only thing different is I'm not using a third party app on the PC to connect to the Xbox.

The latest info I could glean from google on the subject was from 2007 and none of it supplied any answers. I dunno. Maybe my google-fu just isn't up to the task.

So, is there a way to stream SHOUTcast Internet radio from my Windows 7 PC to my Xbox 360? Either with or without a third party app?

Sorry if this is all old hat, but, thanks in advance.

Microsoft has really locked down the WMC-extender in the 360. I know there used to be some hack were you would use one file to stream something and it would access a web style interface on the MC to access somethings I tried it about a year ago with no luck,

    Anyone?

I really would like to get this working. This is the only hurdle left to completely ditching the Mac.

Everything I've been able to find on the subject is at least 5 years old and doesn't work when I do try it. Surly someone has their Xbox 360 streaming internet radio...

Don't like/use either one of those services. I want to stream internet radio stations to my Xbox from my PC. I can do it through my Mac using a 3rd party program called Connect 360. Is there a similar program for Windows? Why is this so difficult to do on the Windows side of things? I would like, more than anything else, to be able to ditch the Mac. However, until I can get this one issue sorted, I'm gonna have to keep it around.

Sorry to sound so frustrated but, I've been trying to figure this out off and on for the better part of a year. I just can't grasp why it apparently can't be done.

Maybe I should've posted this in the AV forum?

    EDIT:

TVersity does exactly what I want! Yay!
