Today, well... Tomorrow, FINALLY, my big stepsister is leaving the house... I KNOW it sounds way too mean, but we do have our own issues, she's the reason why i left a whole week on the "no-destiny" trip... Finally peace will be restored in my house, even my dad couldn't stand her but he didn't want to kick her outta the house, because last time that happened, they didn't speak to each other for almost 10 years.

She has been here for almost 10 weeks, and that's way more than i can handle for a visit! She finally finished all the things she needed to do here, so she has no reason to stay anymore.

One of the things that makes me sad is my little niece, shes 2yrs old, but her mom has been raising her really bad, she cries to obtain things, she break stuff when she's angry, she won't shut the hell up unless you give her what she wants.. sometimes she cries for no reason, kinda like "i'm bored, let's cry to call for attention". Of course, i understand she doesn't have the fault.. the culprit is her mother because that's the way that she's been raising her.

On the other side, her mother is SOOOOOOOOO LAAAAAAAAAAZY!!! but lazy at its maximum expression, she doesn't help with the house, or with the groceries, nothing... she doesn't even help with the cleaning!

We haven't been talking to each other since the last big problem where i basically exploded... I came home on sat. 16th @ 4:30am from a party, drunk as hell, and went to bed. @ 8:00am my niece started moving furniture and yelling and crying, i'm the kind of person who wants to sleep without being disturbed, that didn't happen, so i guess with the booze effect and my anger and stuff, i woke up @ 10:30am (imagine 2:30hrs of yelling/crying and moving furniture) and hell broke loose.

I've been avoiding her all the times, i don't talk to her... I need to go to the doctor actually, because the situation has been starting to take its actions on me, my pulse is horrible, which wasn't 10 weeks ago, i've had breathing issues, i guess from the stress. this week i'll be going to the hospital to check if everything is in order, imagine having a 10-week headache, and a 10-week non stop stress.

I'm sorry to let it all out and making me sound like a ogre. I just needed to let off some steam. And it calms me down to let it off.

Cheers, Forum! Tomorrow will be a totally different day. The day i've been waiting since waaaaaaaay too long.

Don't be sorry Punkster as we all have had similar issues like yours and no one to vent to!
We a glad your problem sister has left the nest and maybe your stress and headaches will disappear.
Heavy drinking never has been a solution for those kinds of problems so cool your jets on the drinking.
You take care and have a GREAT WEEK-END!

Tell me about it, sadly.. i don't have the resources to live "on my own", so i live with my parents (which they have been AWESOME since day 1, when i was born. i LOVE them )

There's 4 of us in the house (Mom, Dad, Little Sister and I) and it's heaven, chill-out family, i really can't ask for anything nor i would trade them for anything in the world. The problem is when something/someone from the outside kinda breaks that harmony that's on a family.. That's when things starts to fall apart.

Don't worry about heavy-drinking, i'm not an alcoholic.. i drink socially, i mean, that day i came from my best friend's b-day party and we had probably 22 beers each... for me that's "drunk as hell" yesterday i drank 2 beers on another b-day party, but i did eat like 20 hotdogs haha

I think for just about anyone smaller than Godzilla that would be "drunk as hell".

Really?? that's about normal here...

I've heard that venezuelan people is really tolerant with alcohol... i don't know if i'm in that group.. But i do remember, 3 years ago on new years eve, i drank with a friend, 5 and a half bottles of vodka in 12hrs or so.. on the beach.

Normally, i start to get dizzy with 10-12 beers. I don't know if that's normal how many beers makes you dizzy, guys?

I am dizzy enough without drinking a beer or a shot of vodka.
Just ask Mike(Hopalong X) he will vouch for me.

Punkster, I can relate to your situation with your sister and you have my sympathies. I say that because they sound very similar, except my sis has a grown son whom she managed to pass along her "no values" type of attitude. The problem with me is that she's not going anywhere. She lives with us. My mom, her and myself moved in together to save on expenses, now all 3 of us are on disability or retired so we're kinda stuck with each other.

As far as your drinking capacity, speaking as a recovering addict, that amount of booze would knock out a marching band. Not my business, but you might want to examine your situation a little closer.
