My brother in law gave me $1300 to hold for him.

I'm thinking I should invest it for him.

Electronics hardware I believe would be a good choice.
The PC variety comes to mind.

    Dennis
I knew I could count on you to help with suggestions.

I told him I would hold it forever.
    He thought I was joking.

Boy is he going to be surprised if he asks for it back!

Mike hi...What if he should come back soon, ask for it back after you've spent it ..
What then ?... he might give you a black eye..

Today I downloaded and installed W8 Build 7989. I also purchased a 1TB HDD to install for my multi-boot system. I was going to get a 500GB drive, but this one was only £15 more, costing me just under £60. Incidentally, the first HDD that I bought to upgrade my first PC (which only had a 4GB drive) was a 20GB model, setting me back by just short of £100. That was 10 years ago. The equivalent cost of a 1TB drive back then (had they existed) would have been £5,000.

I just won't answer the door and let him in.

Shucks I guess I'll just have to keep it for him.
