    No...not going to try the towel method. I'm trying a different method that doesn't require overheating it. Forgot to pick up some essential stuff at the hardware store though, so I may have to wait a day or two to see if this works.

    hmm, sounds hard lol, my xbox when i bought it was pre modded, so fixing things like rings of death, is as simple as sticking in the disc with the dashboards,formatting the HDD, and reinstalling the programs :P
