I'm doing it and I never thought I would/could be able to, 12 years last month.

Congrats man. I know it's hard to quit, and I commend you on being able to do so.

However, I can't ever see me watching football and not having a beer in my hand.

That's how I used to think, I thought I'd never be able to go fishing again for the same reason, I was wrong, fishing is MORE fun now.

Thanks Sergio, you'll be able to when you're ready.

I don't want any of you to think I'm giving anyone a hard time, I'm not, live your lives as you choose and I support you in that. :)

Free from this for over 20 years now. I couldnt quite no when to know how much was enough--so I just quit altogether.

It was somewhat harder to quit smoking, but I've managed that too for now over 15 years.

    I guess I overeat...

Nah, I don't think any of us think that. I'm actually thinking about going the same route...just have to get motivated first.
