Another thumbs up for Logitech Support

We have a 4+ year old Logitech MX Revolution mouse that started to have issues with the left click. You click and hold to drag something and it would drop it and then re-click, all while you were still holding down the left mouse button.
Called up Logitech to see what they would do, I figured they wouldn't do anything since it was way past the 3 year warranty period.

Well, they gave me a 50% code to use on another mouse for customer loyalty and I ordered a G700 gaming mouse for $49.99 shipped.

This G700 was available during their "dented box" special for $52 6 weeks ago but I missed that sale.

Oh, and I was able to fix the click issue by taking apart the micro-switch and adjusting the spring portion of the contact arm. It's really small and took me 30 minutes trying to get the micro-switch back together.

They did the same thing with me (gave a a 50% off coupon) as well after I had my Performance MX mouse replaced. I've been using Logitech since 1998. They certainly are doing a good job. Thumbs up.
