What "security risks" are we referring to? Someone please let me know, so I can immediately remedy my Achille's heel.

Lots of people like to hate what's popular. They don't like to give in to the same simple thrills that the rest of the world uses. I have lots of people that I chat with, pick and choose my friends carefully and really have enjoyed my time on Facebook. At first I tried to resist, but I am glad that I gave up. I've gotten back together with a couple of friends from high school and college and it was great to see them again. Without facebook, it wouldn't have happened.

I'm on FB to keep in touch with a few relly's and friends, since they are scattered all over the world.
Only go on it once in a blue moon.

I use another social network; it is pretty obscure, you probably haven't heard of it...

I have a facebook, check it once a week tops and leave sarcastic remarks on peoples posts.
