48÷2(9+3) = ?

Ok, suppose we solve like this.

48÷2(9+3)
= 48÷2(12)

Now, as per BODMAS, the division operator takes precedence over the (implied) multiplication operator so:

=24(12)
=288.

this is small program called algebrator i only used this for checking solutions. As stated in post #31 as shown in the figure, i have input the same arrangement using 48/2(9+3) result as shown below. could be an error in the program?

Good thing Einstein didn't use Bodmas method.
