    yeah but at the same time I haven't actually seen a system with a floppy drive in years now.

    VISA - It's just everywhere! Trying to buy something on-line, I suppose. No wonder it didn't work - note the card hasn't even been activated yet.

    Like the old Urban Myth about the customer who calls tech support to request a new cup holder for his rig b/c the old one broke off

    On the other hand I had to fix one comp where the customer tried to install DOS and jammed 2 floppies in the drive (but in sequence!!..#1 first, #2 right on top...she originally called because there was no possible way she could fit in #3 as well)
