Originally North London, now Bonnie Colne upon The Hill. That's in Lancashire in the North West of England. In from Liverpool, up from Manchester and just under The Lake Distict.
Beautiful, abrupt, hilly and green.:)

A senior from Lincolnshire here. I live a few miles from the North Sea coast, near Louth, in a lovely village, surrounded by fields, forest and farms.
And now, another question:
Where did your ancestors originally come from? Mine are from Wales, (17th century) then Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and my parents moved to Nottinghamshire before I made it here to the best and most English part of England. This was a gradual Easterly movement, but I cannot go any further East without getting wet!
How about everyone else?
I believed that I was the product of a wild bear who pooped me out behind a stump in the country while my folks were berry picking. Or at least I thought that for a while.
It was in a town called DuPont in Washington State USA. A long long time ago.
Well I was born in Nottingham and now live in South Wales, as for my ancestors haven't a clue I was adopted.
