Yeah, that's my other big hobby :). I like travelling to weird places and see what nature has there. I enjoy taking people shots, but I feel too intrusive most of the time. I'm actually three trips behind and need to catch up, but activating and deactivating Adobe CS4 (for Dreamweaver) is creeping me out - they only allow I think 20, and these Win 7 leak installs have been taking up too many of them so I haven't installed it again and will wait to see if we get the real final RTM to activate again.

Hey DJG, nice pics. I have to say though, the drop down menu is annoying and not well done. I would recommend throwing them together in Albums. Select the Beauty section, then in the main page have a bunch of albums. Then you click on the picture to go to that album.

You could even have the pictures be little slideshows of the album if you want. (If you want to know how, I have the code you can see).

I've been looking to do something different than the usual, so I'm trying things out. Right now there are too many options while I've been trying things out. I'm real anal about real estate, too much I think.

The links on top take you to the albums and are always there - you can switch to any album without having to be going back & forth, then the dropdown changes a section within the album with the thumbnails on the left. But I think people in general tend not to be dropdown-aware in the website navigation environment.

We'll keep experimenting - thanks for the useful feedback!

PS - Yeah, 113 I believe you! It's the hottest I've felt up here today too! I love Arizona, as you can tell by the pictures :). I have a couple more albums to put up with Az.

I really enjoyed Sri Lanka - back then there was a big fight between rebels & govt, and both sides would always be on the watch for tourists and try not to hurt them accidentally. You'd get warnings like don't go to this area today, there's fighting going on. Very nice place and people.

Hmm, that was back in the film days .

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed them. Seeing as I took the pictures, I guess that would be a yes :).

There was a nasty sandstorm shortly after we got there the first day of our visit - you can probably guess which one. I had to clone out some SUVs out of some of the mitten ones. Thanks to PS & Lightroom we can have the image as nature intended .
