Domain purshasing :)

Hello, does anybody know where is best to buy domain? :3 im searching for a cheap deal. i looking for .com domain, and it should cost to me about 7$ for year?
i saw lots of deals like that, but when u actually press the check out button, its gives total around: 102$ .. .__.
its like, u have to pay for the hosting and bunch of unnecessary services.

i have found a wonderful free webhosting that gives me like 100mb drive space and no AD's! 100% no ads..

and they allow to connect the domain, so i need just to buy a domain to start my internet website :3

oh, i was just reading the godaddy offers, and i saw something like....
there is bunch of reasons, why i should not register my domain there ;D and now i wont risk lol.
i actually going not to enter the real whois information for my own security, so i need some domain provider that would not really pay atention to my work. cuz i dont wanna get spammed but also i dont wanna buy the whois protection.. cuz i need to start all this in cheap budget at first to see or its worth it..
