How are buttons given out?

I was just wondering what is the criteria to get guru, power user, and etc, buttons?

no buttons?
I installed Firefox on this customer's laptop, and when it's open and running, there is no button on the taskbar to show the open window. I've never heard of this, but I think it's a windows thing, not a firefox thing... anyone know how to make it normal? Thanks

Hey guys,i was wondering if there is a way to make (or if there already is one) a button / icon / shortcut that when clicked will execute the command "tab + win key" on the keyboard ? .... so bascially instead of pressing Tab+Win Key,i just press a button/icon/whatever

Hi, I am using 7 on a sony FJ1S. Everything works, except for S1 and S2 buttons (buttons for rapid choice). On sony sites is possible to download only drivers for XP (obvoiusly it's impossible to install them), impossible find drivers for vista or 7... Any solution???
Where are the rip buttons
How do you rip music with media player 12? I can not locate the rip cd button anywhere.
