Not sure exactly what you mean? If you mean you want to give them rep after they help you with a problem, then just click on the scales icon at the top right of the post they helped you at.

Then fill it in with your comment -

But know that the icon won't show up in the Chillout Room Forum posts, and in the News Forum. All the rest of the forums will have it, as long as the posts is less than 28 days old. older than that, and it won't have the scales either.

You can see your rep you gave them in your User CP, or on their profile page.

just a thought but "a reputation beyond repute" doesn't really mean anything in English.
shouldn't it be : a reputation beyond refutation?

It does, it means that your reputation is more than anyone can repute.
