It's ok :) Just use what you know to help out other people. And if you don't know something, don't be afraid to Google it and find out yourself. That's what I do. If I don't know the solution to someone's problem, I'll try and find it myself.

I don't know what's going on, but half of the time I want to give some reps, there is no rep icon. And I this is not in the chillout room but normal posts. I guess I still do not understand the system.

News section has also no rep button. The idea is, as far as I know, that rep should be possible only if you really help, not if you tell how's your day been or post a link to some news.

Maybe the posts you want to rep are there, the news?
