Hey,

I got me a "button" at 70 posts.

I thought it took 100 posts, or more.

"Thank you", to whomever!!!

(Still don't understand, though..)

But now I do understand the 'color-coded' name, under the avatar...

Skilled = 100 rep+5 Days Registered+0 Posts

What can also apply is this: or if the Administrators feel a member has earned it before the reputation level is reached.

In your case, you've earned 100 rep, so you earned your skilled badge.

Prior to this development, time on task for this workset was nearly 60 hours per week and required a minumum of two staff personnel with a combined salary exceeding $75k. Following development, it was an icon on my desktop. About one hour time on task per week.

But, I am by no means a developer. I am just fundamentally lazy.
Dang, you worked in the telco sector too! I designed Cablevision's Local Area Portability processing nightmare ... didn't do any actual development, mostly made developers want to commit suicide (or murder).

PS - I keep drooling down the right side of my mouth ...
