In addition, there are 3 levels of medals - Bronze, silver and gold, once you have 3 bronze then your next will go up to the next level and onto Silver etc.

So when you have 19,500 rep you get silver, and when you rep hits 58,500 you get gold.

I call that a posthumous recognition...

39000 for gold by my calculations, although we could just call the current ones gold and call the silvers platinum as I really can see gold ever getting reached.

I do not find a fault in my calculation:

You said it takes three bronze medals to get silver, which means you need 19,500 points to get it. Then you have silver and one bronze after you reach 26,000, silver and two bronze in 32,500 and second silver when your rep is 39,000.

You still need a third round, additional 19,500 points = total 58,500, to get the third silver i.e. first gold.

My calculations were wrong but here's how it should be:-

    6500 - Bronze 1
    13000 - Bronze 2
    19500 - Bronze 3
    26000 - Silver 1
    32500 - Silver 2
    39000 - Silver 3
    45500 - Gold 1
    52000 - Gold 2
    58500 - Gold 3

I was just joking, playing with maths, based on three bronze is first silver, three silver is first gold, as you first mentioned.

I'm still calling that gold posthumous
