tcm.com looks like a good location, but unfortunately it is not on the list of sites that I can download from on my downloader.

It's more of a reference point.
Are you looking for classic movies that you can buy and download?

Oh man great topic. Anything with Charton Heston in it. He is my fav actor.

    Omega man
    Planet of the apes
    Greatest Show on earth

Jimmy Stewart and Audie Murphy in
    Night Passage

    Sci-fi movies

    Day the earth stood still
    Forbiden Planet
    War of Worlds.

But if you want my all time favorite movie. Its probably Shane with Alan Ladd.

Forbidden Planet is the first movie that I remember watching. I know that there were others before that, but it stuck in my mind, partly because of it's appeal to my imagination, and because I saw it free at the drive-in on my seventh birthday.

EDIT: Oops! After checking the release date, it must have been my ninth birthday.
