Chance would be a fine thing, I hardly get time to look on W7 Forum let alone sleep, still this is more important.

Actually, I get too much sleep, but not in one continous restful sleep. Sleep 3 or 4 hours, awake 3 or 4 hours, etc. etc. Hard to get a lot done, because I will spend half of my awake time recovering from my sleep time.

I sometimes wish I didn't sleep as much as I do. Forty years ago I could go all day on just 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Now days I am lucky I can go 3 or 4 hours before I have to lie down and sleep. On the average I sleep twelve to fourteen hours a day guess the old brain requires a great deal more sleep at my advancing age; oh for the good old days (my good old days).

I remember when I was a kid, at night when I was wide awake I had to go to bed, in the morning when I was fast asleep I had to get up. The only difference now is I am usualy asleep before it's bed time and I'm still asleep when I go off to work.

I wake up in the middle of the night at times interupting my sleep.
Takes me time to get to sleep & back to sleep.
I often wake up a few minutes before the alarm.

It was alot worse before I bought a memory foam matress (4lb density).
