Came back from Sydney last night. We had a great time, did a lot of sightseeing in those two days as well as climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I hate heights but I did it anyway and it was amazing! :)

Today I was waliking with my friends... I have recorded with Cardio Trainer this. It's pretty good. :)
that was a good walk - 10 miles in two hours. it must be nice being young!
looks like a useful little app and i could do with losing some weight, but don't fancy anything too strenuous, walking seems like a decent pace - downloading now!
*edit* downloaded it and it told me not to use it and i should use noom weight loss coach instead.
i'll have to have a closer look tomorrow - just gone 1am
