I was there,but only for a short. I should go next week again. :)

Been sick for the past few days which is why I've been unable to post much. I have either a bad case of gastro or food poisoning. I've had a high temperature and very painful stomach aches constantly since about Thursday morning. The results of the test come on Monday, hopefully it's nothing too serious.

Lower right quad stomach pain?
If blood test come back with high white count could be appendicitis.
Been there and done that...
Take care and hopefully it was just some bad food.

Not as of yet. Came home from work one night, all was fine....put it to sleep, and then the next morning I got a repeating pop-up

Nvidia Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 191.07 has stopped responding and has recovered

and after about the third time the display goes blank and I can't do anything. I've tried rolling back the driver, and updating to the newest driver, but even in safe mode the screen is all funky. I'm wondering at this point if the old 8600GT is dying on me or not.

Have you posted your problem here? I don't claim to be an expert, but we have some in this forum!

Not until just now. I was actually kind of to have my streak of trouble-free computing end....and to have to admit I haven't run Acronis in a while either. (although my essential data is backed up)

And here we thought you were perfect Hell, if I ever have a problem, I'm coming straight here :)

I also had a cold and felt like poo for a couple days, and I didn't want to mess with the ailing computer until I had a clear head.

And when I saw posts about surgeries and medical conditions much more serious than my silly cold, I wasn't about to come on here and whine about my sneezing and runny nose either.
