    New Build...what do you think?


    Here's my new build...I'm about to build it in an hour

    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    Motherboard: MSI 880G-E45
    CPU: AMD Phenom II 1090T Black Edition @ 3.2 GHz (will be overclocked when I install a water cooler next month )
    RAM: 12 GB DDR3 @ 1333 MHz (2x 4GB of PNY, 2x 2GB of G.Skill)
    GPU: BFG nVidia GTX 285 Overclock Edition @ 666 MHz (will upgrade to a 550 ti next month )
    Monitor: ASUS VH222H-P Black (21.5")
    Hard drive: Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ (1 TB)
    PSU: CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W
    Case: Aerocool AeroRacer (Red)
    Keyboard/Mouse: Standard Compaq OEM/Gateway Wireless

    Sounds Good!

    Do you mean that you will start to build this within an hour or do you mean that it will take you only one hour to build?

    I meant I would begin building. It only takes about half an hour :P

    Nice build. But I would have added a 60GB SSD for the OS. Makes things really fast.

    Not so sure about mixing the brand of memory and size of sticks, if you get any stability issues in the future that would be the 1st place I would look.

    Apart from that looks good.

    And yeah I agree with whs, a SSD is a great upgrade to go for in the future if you want to speed it up some.

    Seems good, i have a simlar setup to yours except, i have a much better graphics card but i have 8 gb of ram not 12 gb of ram, anyway - it seems good to me :)

    I would have loved to, believe me but I was on a limited budget

    Maybe in the future I might get an SSD. Also, so far no problems with the mixing of RAM. All is detected

    Looks good. An SSD will benefit it though. And I'm not entirely sure what you need 12GB RAM for.
