Instant Email Notifications from Seven Forums?

I am putting this here since there is no section to place bug reports or leave feedback on the forums as far as I can see.

Anyways, I do not post that often here. I tend to just come in when I need help because I always receive prompt responses and great information. When I submit a thread asking for assistance to resolve a matter I tend to click on the subscribe to thread button and choose an instant subscription. However I have noticed I do not get notified immediately by email. Instead I tend to receive a daily update instead. Since I receive emails from the site it is obviously not an issue of being filtered by gmails spam filter. Could an admin look in to resolving this issue? Thanks for your time.

Depending on skin used. On mine it is under Quick Links then click Edit Options. Scroll down to email. Then choose Instant as below in drop down curtain. Listed is None and Daily also.
Then click Save Changes at the bottom of that page.

Default Thread Subscription Mode When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread. I do choose instant notification. I have admined vbulletin forums off and on for over a decade. I know the software inside and out. As far as I know, this has no over all effect on the situation. This is simply telling vBulletin that when you reply or start a thread, it will automatically subscribe you to the thread of your choosing and only notify you via the option you have chosen inside the User CP. However, if you select immediate notification from the thread tools when viewing a thread, this should take effect and notify you instantly.
