How could I legally sell online?

I am thinking of starting my own website to sell custom logos. The website host I am using is weebly, which has a built in ecommerce feature. If i use this ecommerce tool does it automatically handle the taxes and I can just start selling, or do I have to go through setup and liscencing processes beforehand? Thank you very much.

your company will have to start earning a certain amount before you need to pay tax, so i wouldnt worry about that until things take off.
