I don't see how to post a messge

I hate being really dumb about this but I do not see any new toolbars and I definitely don't see how to post a message.

Please help.

To create a new thread, click on the most appropriate category on the main page here:

Once you're in a sub-forum, click on the yellow "New Thread" button and you should be good to go!

POST but no OS!!
Hi everyone, I am experiencing problems with my computer. It will boot and POST fine It shows all the correct things but after I enter my BIOS password to get to the OS it just gives me a blank screen. Any help would be appreciated.
