cool thanks for the links, there was a dude the other day looking for something just like that and all the goldens and such told him over and over it's undoable - I kinda like the idea myself and will likely give it a try, it's not buggy or difficult to uninstall w/o damaging any dlls or anything you know of i assume.
AND - whats with the rock? am i slow, I get the reply rock, but what spawned the origion of the pet rock?...anybody....
No its not buggy and it doesn't use a lot of resources. No modified DLLs its just a program. The only thing you may have problems with is that some 64bit program shortcuts it doesn't extract the icon so you need to add an .ico file to the shortcut.
weird issue, but simple fix (icon)
thx i will d/l it

Pet Rocks were a craze started by a guy named Gary Dahl who worked in advertising in California in 1975.

ahhh... guess i missed out on the whole thing, probibly will affect my life quite a bit in some way.
thanks for the enlightment!
i think that website is questionable
Pet Rocks were a 1975 fad originated in California by salesman, Gary Dahl. They spread like wildfire to the rest of the country. Here was a pet that took no care and still gave its owner a few moments of pleasure. Like most fads, others joined in the explosion, there was even a web site titled, Pet Rock Sanitarium (www.visi.com/~pwkelly) to put your pet rock in. Now they live on in ebay by the hundreds and are mentioned over and over in essays on the culture of that era.
1975 and had the internet? this man's a genius!
maybe he was actually in the matrix and the year was actually 2003 in reality
