Windows 7: Haarp

I just came across a pretty disturbing video about a technology that I had not heard of before:

Hulu - Paranormal TV: Holes in Heaven: HAARP and Advances in Tesla Technology

I don't know if all of the concerns are valid, but even if only some are, it potentially sounds worse than atomic warfare.

I didn't know about this either. It seems like we are playing with things that we do not fully understand that may bite us in the rear later.

HAARP, and it's subsequent conspiracies have been around for a long time. Since at least 1993.

I noted where that article used the term "conspiracy theorists", which seems designed to mitigate any criticism of the program, and those who did speak out against it in the video did not outrightly say that they knew exactly what to expect, but then I also noticed that the people who were defending it did not appear to know either. One man only seemed to say what was expected of him, and basically was just doing what he was told, and the other seemed to dismiss any concerns, without providing any good reasoning to do so.

The fact that this project is being run by the military makes it obvious that the purpose is of a military nature, and I tend to doubt that would be limited to only the purpose of communication. I do not consider myself a conspiracy buff, but the video had enough information to make me concerned.
