This may sound strange, but to me the ladies are just knowledgeable members who happen to be ladies. By that I mean it's not like "pretty good for a lady". We're glad to have the ladies here. But it's no surprise they are knowledgeable. Geez, maybe I'm not expressing that well...

As one of the minority gender here may I say that I have been impressed with the politeness displayed {at all times} by ALL members that I come into contact with.

As it should be, this forum wouldn't be the same without these particular members :)

We Ladies of the forum get protected from the (not many) "unsavoury" type posts by the Gentlemen of the forum , Always there when we need them asking us if we have been offended , need help etc etc. We are never left in any doubt that we are part of the vast team here as equals I count myself in the lower ranks of the female membership, with JMH, Jaycee, Corrinne,Imperfect as our stars ,So a BIG thank you to all the male members for treating us as just "one of the guys"

A person is to be judged on the basis of a number of measures like heart, brain, backbone etc, but not on the basis of gender ; as I believe.

Whether you are a male or a female, you are to be a human being at first :)

EDIT : I have told the three words heart, brain, backbone , not to offend anybody. I have a self made explanation of all the three terms . If anybody asks, I may share my thoughts .
