Second choice is what I own, a 2006 Nissan Titan 4x4 Off Road, Big Tow, King Cab Model "LE". In there is a 7 inch touch screen monitor mounted to the dash that displays Garmin mobile PC GPS. I also use DeLorme Street Atlas 2009 GPS. Keep it connected to a MSI Wind U100 thats mounted so the screen is facing me with the Keyboard perfectly at reach. On the MSI screen I usually run a program called "Cipher" which is software that has a cable that connects to the trucks OBD II Connector and connects to the MSI with USB. This baby gives me control over tons of options on the truck. From the computer, I can honk the horn, roll the windows down, do cylinder tests and more, much more. It will in gauge fashion display nearly any important bit of engine info you could think of. Things like Air/Fuel Ratio, Timing Advance, Coolant, oil and trans temp all in degrees, not idiot lights or gauge that doesn't actually tell what there at. Its made by uprev and they mainly only work with Nissan and infinities, as they share the same VK56DE V8.

If money were no object, my dream car would be a Maybach 62. However, something in my affordability, I'm saving for a car that I certainly do like and it's a Lincoln MKZ. I would prefer the MKS but the MKZ is still very nice.
